Conveyancing

We assist our clients in the transfer of their properties.

Once immoveable property is sold, the service of a Conveyancer is required. A Conveyancer is an attorney that specializes in the transfer of property. A Conveyancer will be appointed by the seller and if the seller does not have a preference to a Conveyancer, one will be recommended by the Estate Agent. We have a full time and highly experienced consultant that is admitted as a Conveyancer in the High Court of South Africa. Our Conveyancer can attend to the transfer of all immoveable property as well as the registration of a bond.

Our services include:

  1. Transfer of residential property (including sectional titles);
  2. Transfer of commercial property;
  3. Drafting of sale agreements;
  4. Bond registrations;
  5. Registration of sectional titles;
  6. Registration of subdivisions and servitudes.
